This tour is conducted by Jæger Adventure Camp in Dyrøy. Come and enjoy summer on SUP in Kastneshamn! Stand up paddling is a nice way to discover nature and sea along the seashore. SUP suits for all, you do not have to have any special competence to try it.

General information

Departure place is Jæger Adventure Camp, Kastneshamn, Dyrøy. You can take Speed Boat from Tromsø to Brøstadbotn and we pick you up at the port or you can come by car to the camp. Driving to the camp from Tromsø takes about 3 hours.

Included: SUP board, paddle, sea safety vest, guide, coffee, juice, biscuits.
Please bring: warm clothing

Level of difficulty: easy, suites for guests from 7 years, family friendly
Departure time and place: Jæger Adventure Camp, Kastneshamn, Dyrøy
Tuesday, at 18:00pm (18:00) and Friday, at 12:00pm (12:00).

About Jæger Adventure Camp

We are located at the mainland side of Dyrøya in Troms county, approximately 3 hours drive from Tromsø. Jæger Adventure Camp is a camp for seafishing, diving and outdoor activities.


The camp was opened in 2017 on the site of the old family farm called "Solgård".



We offer accommodation in five high standard houses (two for four persons and three for six persons) of which all are well equipped also for a longer holiday. Each house has a balcony with a great view to the sea.



Other facilities to rent: hot tub, sauna, grill hut, boats, SUP (Stand Up Paddle).
